Located in the picturesque Southern Highlands, about halfway between Sydney and Canberra, Camp Wombaroo offers a great range of fun and engaging programs and outdoor activities for school camps, groups and those seeking a venue for weekend retreats. One of four camps in the OEG group, this beautiful 125 acre property is bordered by Jellore State Forest and offers unparalleled opportunities for local and extended expeditions, exploration and discovery.

Camp Wombaroo is well known for its fabulous natural setting, excellent staff and facilities. We can cater for up to 130 people in comfortable cabin accommodation, each with 6 bed bunk rooms, lounge room and separate bathrooms for leaders. Together with a well fitted out commercial kitchen, meeting/events/dining hall, many smaller meeting or break out rooms and numerous outdoor meeting spaces (including a unique bush chapel), you’ll find Camp Wombaroo has all the facilities you’ll need to accommodate your group’s needs.

Our highly trained Camp Wombaroo team will design and deliver a program to suit your specific requirements, taking full advantage of the outdoor education and adventure facilities available on site which include water activities, high ropes, giant swing, hiking, camping, team building challenges and environmental education.
Our dedicated risk management team, catering department, in-house training and curriculum development team will ensure your group achieves a range of educational, personal development and team building outcomes.
